Summertime by San Remo - Rotspon finished fourth in her first riding horse ability class for four-year-old horses. She scored 8,25. She presented DREAMLIKE performances in the winner's division of the nine best three- and four-year-old horses, earning the fantastic final score of 8.5 and being only just beaten by the overall champion.

Dolittle by Don Frederico placed fourth in a qualifier for the Federal Championships, an elementary level dressage horse ability competition. He finished with a final score of 7.6.
Certo by Certus-Bolero (owner: Heike Reichel) finished second in a medium level dressage test.
Wihwoh by White Star - Lauries Crusador xx (owner: Juliane Vogt) and Malte were able to win an elementary level dressage test at the curb bit with a final score of 7.9.

She put an exclamation point on her first outing in North Germany! She came to us on June 12 and already placed fourth in a riding horse ability class in Bargstedt (June 1619). One week later, she won the same competition (June 2426), scoring 8.5 for her trot and 9 for her canter. She also finished third in a novice level dressage test with a final score of 7.9.

Breeder and exhibitor was the Badenhop-Clausen-family from Kirchlinteln-Neddenaverbergen.
We started the gelding under saddle and presented him at the auction qualification.

Our self-bred For Keeps - Contendro-son "Famos Boy" earned a
fantastic third place in the division of four-year-old horses.

You are all welcome for the Free Jumping Competition on March 19, 2011, at our training facilities (Ummelweg 11, D-27412 Hepstedt). Judges will be Hartmut Kettelhodt (stable manager Auction and Sales Centre, Verden, and show jumping coach for the auction horses) and show jumping rider Phillip Baumgart, Verden-Döhlbergen.
Besides the presentations of the high-quality futurity prospects, refreshments will be served. Our team and the three horse breeders clubs of the county of Rotenburg (Bremervörde, Zeven, Rotenburg) will be happy to welcome you!
Annette and I attended the Stallion Licensing of the Danish Warmblood Association in Herning from Thursday until today/Saturday (March 10 - 12). The Championships for young dressage and show jumping horses of the Danish Warmblood Association and an equestrian trade show are also part of this event. There were approximately 7,000 spectators at the Gala Show on Friday evening. I have rarely experienced such a fantastic atmosphere before! They were all completely involved and enjoyed the show!!!
We met many friends and customers.
Will go there again next year!!!

Stallions of the National State Stud were shown, together with some of their offspring. I presented the 5-year-old Don Frederico-son "Doolittle", owned by Anne Weldt from Fischerhude.
He did an excellent job!!!

February 15, 2011: We are happy that our home-bred state premium candidate Sternschnuppe by Sir Savoy - Wonderful returned home. She is in-foal to FIORANO by Rousseau (Pape stallion station). Estimated date of birth: end of May, 2011.
Besides her dam Wonderlady, she is scheduled to be the second pillar of our foundation stock of TARANTELLA (Tahiti) by Marcio xx. Click on www.horsetelex.nl for more information on this foundation stock.
This year, Wonderlady is expecting her 10th foal in a row. Certainly a convincing proof for the fertility of this line.

The new season started off well for Doolittle by Don Frederico - Lauries Crusador xx (owner: Anne Weldt, Fischerhude - breeder: Heinrich Ehlers, Freiburg/Elbe).
He placed second in a novice level dressage test with a final score of 7.2. And he completely convinced at his first start at elementary level. He also placed second in this division with a final score of 7.4.
We are looking forward to his future performances in this season!

Bundeschampionate Winning Trainer Stefan Blanken Symposium at the 2011 American Hanoverian Society Annual Meeting
The American Hanoverian Society (AHS) is pleased to announce that a Young Jumper and Dressage Horse Training Symposium conducted by Stefan Blanken, will be held at the world-class Devonwood Equestrian Centre in Sherwood, Ore., on Saturday, February 5, 2011, from 11:30am to 5:30pm. The training symposium is in conjunction with the Society’s Annual Membership Meeting. Stefan Blanken is a leading trainer of young dressage and jumping horses in Germany and winner of major German shows and championships.

The informative event will demonstrate presenting Hanoverians in-hand, as well as the selection and training of jumper and dressage horses to FEI levels. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, Stefan Blanken will be replacing the previously announced symposium headliner Sue Blinks.
